a quadruplet, of my mom
Most cute of my brethren,
picked up by a trade tycoon
Lavishly reared, got grown,
One carried to a poultry farm,
to sentinel the chicks & hen
Chase intruding fox & jackal
hunting mice, snakes,to tackle
Third made pet of college kid,
scope to devour lavish food
Move around in Toyota car,
crony for tavern, inn and bar
A creature pitiable entire life
rely on humans, for a thrive,
I chose to stay with my mom,
But soon turned a hunky dory,
to witness,mom's tragic story
For forage, entered a kitchen,
badly beaten, hip bone broken
Dragged d’ body, seeking food
endured malady, till she could
Illness crippled, life got doused,
to avenge her demise, I vowed
Discerned d’ one who beat her
to deal with d’ cruel creature
I grew as a stray street dog,
Life's motto,to settle d’ score
restraint lost, wait no more
restraint lost, wait no more
Once availed d’ opportunity
while back home,from duty
Grasped him with, all might
pierced entire canine teeth
To depth of his fleshy thigh,
toiled, yelled, a frantic cry!
Utmost effort he had made
from my grip, a tough escapade
Stray dog menace, highlighted
Schedule set for stray dog trace
chasers hunt with stout forceps
caught by neck, in a long race
tried all tricks, failed to escape
put in a van, with other brethren
Taken far, to unknown location
A prolong yawn, vacant look to sky
an undue nap, no more arousal, why!
Life matters little, extinct so soon
Animal lovers’ lips, never ever open
If ensues a startling situation,
to save only one ,d’ tough option
In a sinking ship, whom to prefer
to ponder of two living creature
a bright pup or a retarded babe
each life dear, whom to save
brutality to souls, a deed of sin
