My maid, made me mad

Sunday spoiled, utterly upset,
Wished to enjoy it bit by bit
Few appointments, prior day,
 major surgeries kept at bay
Week end stress, not be high,
reply no pesky calls, to annoy
Quietly enjoy a good movie,
gulp few pegs of fine whiskey
A relaxing sleep, wake up late,
clamor of alarm, I truly hate
Glare of sunshine, surging in,
window drapes left wide open
Better half’s, intentions best,
joy of winter morning to waste
In bed under a furry soft quilt,
rejoice charm of sleep to d’ hilt
Stroll around with unshaven chin,
holidays not meant for a shaving
All queer job, that needs no skill,
align cupboard items as per will
To set sofa set in drawing lounge,
journals, books neatly to arrange
Dust d’ system, wipe TV screen,
work goes on, till d’ maid gets in
Scene alters, d' freedom curtailed,
a fat full stop, my clumsy job ends
Stay away from her area of activity,
D’ environ to match, maid’s priority
My house, truncated my movement,
Best, be in bed room surfing d’ net
To check d’ mail, listen some music,
“Be away from d’ room she’ll sweep”
Moved to TV, for d' day’s headlines,
Finish your bath fast, in few minutes
Bath d’ safe heaven for time being,
a relaxing bath, ample scope to sing
Unlike week days, no unwanted call,
at least a shower, to enjoy to d’ full
At liberty to revel a leisurely shower,
a loud bang heard, on bathroom door
Put d’ shower off, wrapped up a towel,
consort’s curtly tone, to unlatch d’ door
d’ moment so disgusting, I’ve to ponder
things turning painful, unable to bear

Hand over bath, let her wash d’ cloth,
she’s in a hurry, gets late for Church
Analyzed ornately, drawn conclusion,
wise have two maids for plain reason
It’s quite safe to make a job division,
If one absent, other manage situation
Fail their fancies, whims won’t stand,
frequent bunks, no need to understand
Enterprising spouse’s kind noble way,
for maid’s Church, shopping no delay
None to ever miss d' Sunday market,
for a matinee movie, need not be late
For her tummy pain, pleaded for pills,
not as last time, turned things worse
I frowned, couldn’t recollect of course,
rummaged through self, peered packs
Handed over her, few antispasmodics
latest, d’ best, ought to work fantastic
