Shut in d’ freezer, I didn’t expect

The work schedule almost over,

but for meat room data check up

rushed in to the freezer at work,

a final check, before winding up

The mishap happened in a hurry,

chilling freezer’s door got locked

was trapped in d’ awful chamber,

screamed, all around she knocked

Applied her might, entire wisdom,

cry in top of d’ voice went unheard

no help in sight, all workers gone,

to expect help looks totally absurd

A horrific sanction for no reason,

any wrong done, trying to unravel

God in no mood to hear her prayer,

must wait for a chilled death in hell

Each moment felt like a decade,

inside events a secret occurrence

no ray of hope from any corner,

time as if had lost its routine pace

No one’s there to buy her appeal,

rescue her from the catastrophe

no empathy, no support offered,

she apparently gave up all hope

D' miracle ensued hours later,

she was at the verge of death

security guard opened d’ door,

an apt answer for her tiny faith

He eventually opened the door,

though not his usual work routine

number of workers come and go,

her good bye today was missing

"You greet me with a hello daily,

never treat me one as if invisible

your manners touches my heart

your hi-bye, gestures, so simple"

"As other days u reported today,

addressed me with a polite hello

curiously I noted in the evening,

no one told, bye see u tomorrow"

Bit politeness and little of love,

to the people we come across

often helps rescue us from hell,

d' impact might be tremendous

something must be wrong I felt

looked for u almost everywhere,
