Fragrance to persist, even if d' one is extinct

 

Designed aptly, 

chiseled d' ebony stone,

imparted a shape with courage

no less than anyone,

d' arduous chore ended,

in an amazing image

But it's a trifling task,

must do a thing better

lived in dithering, confusion

terrified him, aiming a pistol

unable to resist him,

he felt restless

Spread his open hands

towards the sky

made me a petty artisan,

and no Govt. official, why?

D' next day he was in an office,

God granted him an identical post

showed power to his team,

and enabled to boast

but had to salute a political leader

act smart means face upshot

forewarned to obey his order,

annoyed, fully perturbed

pleaded God

to make him a political master

D' miracle happened d' next day

turned into a prominent leader

a grand welcome with garlands,

passed through a gate of flowers

Party guys rushed to meet him,

greeted, given compliments

discrete events ensued in a row

also advocacies and complaints

Forged ahead for a speech

exalted to be an esteemed leader,

had a blackout, fell on the stage

d' sizzling heat couldn't bear

Arose in a few seconds,

stared at d' blazing sun in anger

much more powerful than me

oh God, make me also sparkle

Changed into a sun, began to glitter

to prove power, raised the heat

d' farmer never felt d' ruinous effect,

he perceived no difference in it

the cool breeze blew there,

overpowered d' heat of summer

Preyed God, turned into the wind,

flowed in speed any side it wished

often slow, often fast, up and down

could flutter, whirl, violently twist

can't move beyond it, so mammoth

make me a rigid mountain oh God,

to be d' most powerful on d' earth

Wish approved, utterly delighted,

d' next day turned into a mountain

with high peak, invincible stiffness,

no one can subdue it could sustain

Forthwith sensed an etching pain,

one rabidly engraving a sculpture

went all out to probe his identity,

undefeatable his  fervent venture

Stunned to note, he is the guy,

folded d' sleeves, felt own biceps

ample potent can cut mountains

able to create impressive images

 God's creation assuredly strange,

well-thought-of whatever is done

appropriate, pertinent, and exact,

no scope to grumble for a reason

Any work, any place in d' universe,

is done to the best of one's ability

fragrance to spread far and wide,

persist, even if the one is extinct

Providing one suitable substitute
