calmly boarded d' college bus

free meals, once we arrived

gave a neat bed to lie down,

to pose as infirm, a diseased

Purposely agreed to come,

free trip, food, some sum

really inquisitive to learn,

in country, what’s going on

Huge buildings, big institute,

things done on papers only

fake files with ghost reports,

dummy records, false surgery

Pivotal heed tactfully paid,

it's the vital MCI inspection

false doctors recruited too,

to elude d’ team's attention

Quietly progressed the show,

no real faculty, true teachers

all enacted own flawless role,

a thrilling drama, too curious

Indian  Medical  education,

fully fraudulent and broken

competency no criteria at all,

just a degree paper, all in all

Efficiency pushed to d' edge,

on merit basis no selection

to get degree, a damn craze,

cost, caste, prime in system

Inspections for show reason,

accreditation, all fallacious

greed of a bunch of corrupt,

fund collection, sole purpose

Senior faculties, efficacy nil,

too esteemed, in top position

seniority being only criteria,

ability is of no consideration

Institute stands with disdain,

lack in vision, lack in mission

glory of Medicine dwindled,

pride of the profession gone

College, a manufacturing unit,

produces Drs, no accountability

pay n’ buy a desired seat in PG

business alluring, pvt. property

 Evidently its a dark lane trek,

backdoor entry given permit

efficiency cunningly ignored,

merit pushed to d’ back seat

Unable to handle d’ profession,

d’ incompetent degree holders

 Medical ethics, put in d’ locker,

clean practice, a closed chapter

Nation at climax of malpractice,

surgeons shaky to cut and mend

health care's future at mega risk,

and life certainly in unsafe hands

If pilot perplexed how to land,

d’ riders can reify in a second

could be at the receiving end,

yet realize life in unsafe hands

Ability lacking to tackle crisis,

 the commuters lives at stake

a crash of course in d’ offing,

God's dazed, how He can help

Quota aspirants, outcome least,

overconfident, utter confusion

ultimately, patient’s life at risk,

inapt surgeons, wrong decisions

Enjoyed d’ eye opener trip,

it taught me a great lesson

if a suggestion is asked for,

I’ll explode,

 “revamp the entire system”
